	Process Details Production of the extra large sculpture begins with approved digital geometry and a 1:1 ABS master used to verify proportion, module division, internal clearances, and structural interfaces. The exterior is fabricated from 2.0 mm 304 stainless steel panels that are patterned, cut, hand-formed, and welded to a galvanized square-tube framework. Surface preparation progresses from 80- to 2000-grit abrasives, followed by sisal, wool, and cloth-wheel polishing to produce the mirror finish. The lighting system uses 24V low-voltage LEDs with concealed power and control components. Pump capacity, drainage volume, and operating head are calculated for the water system, which uses 304 stainless steel submersible pumps. Before delivery, the extra large sculpture undergoes structural, lighting, water-flow, and maintenance-access testing.
