Flache Teile werden mittels Laser auf Basis von Rhino-Designen pr\u00e4zise gefertigt und anschlie\u00dfend montiert. Der Finishprozess beginnt mit der Verklebung von Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hten und Schmiedemarken mit Schleifmitteln mit einer Korngr\u00f6\u00dfe von 80 bis 120 Mikron; anschlie\u00dfend erfolgt eine progressive Schleifung mit Schleifmitteln mit einer Korngr\u00f6\u00dfe von 120 bis 320 Mikron, um eine glatte, ebenm\u00e4\u00dfige Oberfl\u00e4che zu erzielen. Die Beschichtung erfolgt wie folgt: zun\u00e4chst ein Epoxid-Zink-basiertes Grundieren; anschlie\u00dfend wird mit 400-Mikron-Schleifmitteln eine hochtemperaturanf\u00e4llige Autoteilef\u00fcllmasse (Putz) aufgetragen, die anschlie\u00dfend glatt geschliffen wird; schlie\u00dflich eine zweite Schicht mit Epoxid-Zink-Grundierung; schlie\u00dflich eine zweikomponentige, farbige Deckschicht; schlie\u00dflich eine Schutzschicht\/Sicherungsbeschichtung.
