Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments en acier plat sont taill\u00e9s avec pr\u00e9cision \u00e0 l\u2019aide de lasers sur la base de conceptions d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es dans le logiciel Rhino, puis assembl\u00e9s. La phase suivante, le polissage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tain, commence par le retrait des coutures de soudure et le for\u00e7age des marques gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un papier abrasif de 80 grains, suivi d\u2019un polissage progressif avec des grains de papier abrasif de 120, 320, 600, 800, 1200 et 2000. Une roue en sisal avec un compos\u00e9 de polissage violet est utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9liminer les traces de polissage initiales, puis un rouleau en laine est utilis\u00e9 pour \u00e9liminer les marques laiss\u00e9es par la roue en sisal.
