  • 이 과정은 ABS로 3D 프린팅하거나 점토로 직접 조각하여 1:1 규모의 모형을 만드는 것으로 시작되며, 이어 왁스 소실법을 이용해 황동으로 주물 제작하여 벽 두께를 5mm로 맞춥니다. 표면은 80~120 그릿의 연마지(paper)를 사용하여 연마하고, 원하는 색상을 구현하기 위해 특수 화학적 조합을 사용하는 열 패트네이션 공정을 거쳐 마무리합니다. 그 후 보호용 유약 코팅이 도포됩니다. 그 결과물은 우아함과 고귀함을 풍기는 데, 시각적으로 매력적인 아름다움을 선사합니다.
