For the sculpture&#8217;s surface, 2.0mm-thick 304 stainless steel sheets are marked and cut based on the model; the metal undergoes manual forging\u2014involving approximately 3,000 hammer strikes per square meter\u2014to achieve the desired curvature, followed by seamless welding of the sections. Flat steel components are laser-cut using patterns generated in Rhino software and then assembled. The subsequent stage is mirror-finish polishing: weld seams and forging marks are first ground down with 80-grit sandpaper, followed by progressive smoothing using 80, 120, 320, and 600-grit sandpaper.
