For the sculpture&#8217;s surface, 2.0mm-thick 304 stainless steel sheets are marked and cut based on the model; the metal is then shaped through manual forging\u2014involving approximately 3,000 hammer strikes per square meter\u2014followed by seamless welding of the sections. Flat steel components are precision-cut via laser based on Rhino software designs and assembled. The subsequent mirror-polishing process begins with grinding down weld seams and forging marks using 80-grit sandpaper, followed by progressive smoothing with sandpaper grits of 120, 320, 600, 800, 1200, and 2000. A sisal wheel with purple polishing compound is used to remove initial grinding marks, followed by a wool wheel to eliminate marks left by the sisal wheel. Finally, a cloth wheel with green and white polishing compounds is used for the finishing polish to achieve a mirror-like surface.
