Winged Guardian Dark Bronze Sculpture Installation

Winged Guardian Dark Bronze Sculpture Installation

This powerful sculpture depicts a kneeling winged figure with extended wings, cast in a dark bronze textured finish. The strong anatomical form and wide wings create a dramatic presence in interior gallery or architectural spaces. It works well as a focal installation in lobbies, museums, or private collections, and can be customized in scale, finish, and base design.

Scenario Applications

  • Commercial settings: Office building plazas, corporate campuses, hotel lobbies, sales centers, etc.
  • Cultural & tourism settings: Cultural plazas, parks and scenic areas, campuses, exhibition halls, etc.
  • Private settings: Villa courtyards, private clubs, art galleries, etc.
  • Suitable environments: Open-air outdoors, indoor climate-controlled spaces, seaside/high-salinity environments (rust-resistant specifications), etc.
Process Details

  • The process begins with creating a 1:1 scale model—either via 3D printing in ABS or by hand-sculpting in clay—followed by casting in brass using the lost-wax method to achieve a wall thickness of 5mm. The surface is sanded (using 80- to 120-grit paper) and finished with a heat-patination process that employs specific chemical combinations to achieve the desired colors; a protective glaze coating is then applied. The resulting product exudes elegance and nobility, offering a visually pleasing aesthetic.
Design Philosophy

  1. Human Strength Symbolism
The kneeling posture expresses resilience and inner strength, combining human form with symbolic wing elements.
  2. Wing Structure Detailing
Highly detailed wing textures emphasize craftsmanship, depth, and sculptural realism in the overall composition.
  3. Spatial Focal Impact
Designed as a central installation piece, it naturally draws attention and creates a strong emotional presence in indoor environments.
