Large Garden Sculpture Built from Branching Lines and Open Canopies
This large garden sculpture grows from a concentrated base into several rising trunks before expanding into three broad crown groups. Each canopy is constructed from an open network of curved members rather than a solid surface, allowing the sculpture to occupy a substantial volume without blocking light, views, or movement through the courtyard.
The branching lines become finer as they extend outward, recalling leaf veins while maintaining a clearly engineered geometry. A vivid red coating separates the stainless steel sculpture from the surrounding façades and makes its silhouette legible across the plaza. At closer range, the open canopy reveals changing overlaps, framed views, and patterned shadows.
 | Scenario Applications- Commercial settings: Corporate courtyards, shopping plazas, hotel forecourts, office campuses, and mixed-use developments.
- Cultural & tourism settings: Cultural parks, museums, campuses, exhibition grounds, and civic landscapes.
- Private settings: Estate gardens, private courtyards, clubs, and large sculpture collections.
- Suitable environments: This large garden sculpture requires an engineered foundation, verified wind loads, adequate canopy clearance, and maintenance access. The orientation and color of the stainless steel sculpture should be coordinated with surrounding buildings and pedestrian routes.

 | Process Details- Fabrication of the large garden sculpture begins with approved digital geometry and a 1:1 ABS reference model used to verify trunk transitions, crown spread, sectional alignment, and connection points. Rhino-developed patterns are transferred to 2.0 mm 304 stainless steel, cut, hand-formed, assembled, and welded into the branching structure.
- Weld seams and forming marks are refined with 80-, 120-, and 320-grit abrasives. The five-stage coating system comprises epoxy zinc-rich primer, high-temperature body filler sanded with 400-grit abrasive, a second primer application, a two-component colored topcoat, and a protective sealer. The finished stainless steel sculpture is oven-cured at 100–180°C for 80 minutes. Before release, the large garden sculpture is inspected for crown alignment, coating continuity, structural connections, and base accuracy.

 | Design Philosophy- Growth & Expansion Form
Branching structure expresses natural growth, symbolizing vitality, development, and continuous upward movement within urban space. - Organic Contrast to Architecture
Fluid tree-like curves contrast with rigid building facades, softening the environment and adding artistic rhythm to the courtyard. - Central Gathering Landmark
The upward spreading form naturally draws attention, making it an ideal centerpiece for community spaces and entrance plazas.

This large garden sculpture turns the upward growth of a tree into an architectural network of trunks, branches, and open canopies. Its red finish establishes a clear identity against neutral façades, while the stainless steel sculpture preserves light and visibility through its expanded crown. The large garden sculpture can be customized in height, canopy spread, branching density, color, foundation interface, and orientation for the proportions and circulation of a specific site.
At Wenhua Sculpture, every project begins with an idea and the place it is meant to inhabit. We translate that vision into a custom sculpture shaped by the right scale, material, finish, and relationship to its surroundings. From design development and fabrication to quality control, packaging, delivery, and installation planning, each stage is coordinated with precision and care.
