The silver exterior is progressively sanded and finished with a wire-drawing wheel to create a consistent brushed grain. The colored inner bands are masked, degreased, lightly abraded, and coated with a two-component epoxy primer before outdoor-grade acrylic polyurethane paint is sprayed in separate color layers. After curing, the completed metal art decor is inspected for coating adhesion, color consistency, surface quality, and structural stability before the outdoor sculpture is packaged.
