This handcrafted sculpture captures a leopard at the instant between balance and motion. Its forelegs reach downward, the back rises into a controlled curve, and the tail sweeps beneath the body like a counterweight. The pose preserves the animal’s muscular tension without making the form appear heavy.

Rather than building a solid figure, the animal sculpture uses an open stainless steel structure to define volume through light and negative space. Repeated rosette-like patterns follow the body from head to tail, while the elevated mounting makes the leopard appear to move through the surrounding architecture.

	Détails du processus Following approval of the digital model, a 1:1 ABS master is produced to verify anatomy, center of gravity, openwork distribution, and mounting interfaces. The patterned components are laser-cut from 3.0 mm 304 stainless steel, individually formed against the master, assembled, and precision-welded into the open leopard body of the handcrafted sculpture. Welds and forming marks are progressively ground with 80-, 120-, and 320-grit abrasives before a directional brushed finish is applied along the body contours. A galvanized square-tube framework provides internal reinforcement, while an integrated 24V low-voltage LED system incorporates concealed wiring and accessible control components. Before release, each handcrafted sculpture undergoes inspections covering structural alignment, surface consistency, lighting operation, and mounting accuracy.
