Process Details

  • The process begins with creating a 1:1 scale model—either via 3D printing in ABS or by hand-sculpting in clay—followed by casting in brass using the lost-wax method to achieve a wall thickness of 5mm. The surface is sanded (using 80- to 120-grit paper) and finished with a heat-patination process that employs specific chemical combinations to achieve the desired colors; a protective glaze coating is then applied. The resulting product exudes elegance and nobility, offering a visually pleasing aesthetic.
