This abstract garden sculpture translates the dragon into one ascending gesture rather than a conventional figurative statue. Numerous angular planes sharpen the brows, jaws, horns, and extended features of the head. As the viewing angle changes, each facet breaks the reflection differently, giving the dragon a more alert and forceful expression.

Behind the head, compact geometry opens into a long, fluid body line. The rising curve appears almost weightless, although the large sculpture transfers considerable cantilevered load through a narrow visual footprint. This contrast between visible lightness and concealed structural strength defines the work.

Welds and forming marks are progressively ground from 80 to 2000 grit, then polished with sisal, wool, and cloth wheels. This sequence gives the abstract garden sculpture a continuous mirror finish.
