Escultura artesanal: bela fonte de asas premium

This handmade sculpture features a wing-inspired stainless steel design with flowing mirrored surfaces and integrated water elements. The dynamic structure creates a sense of movement and elegance for plazas, architectural landscapes, and public spaces. Wenhua Sculpture, an experienced sculpture manufacturer, provides customized designs, professional production, and complete installation support.

Handmade Sculpture: Forging Motion into Mirrored Wings

Handmade sculpture takes on an almost weightless character in this stainless steel fountain, where two wings rise from a circular base and open toward the sky. Mirror-polished surfaces gather architecture, light, and movement, while integrated water creates a quiet counterpoint to the ascending form. The work shows how a sculpture manufacturer can turn rigid metal into an image of lift, balance, and continuous motion.

Built through manual forging, seamless welding, and progressive polishing, the handmade sculpture retains the subtle variations that give fabricated metal a crafted presence. Each curved section must align visually and structurally before the reflective finish reads as one uninterrupted surface. For the sculpture manufacturer, the challenge is coordinating the internal framework, exterior, and water system without allowing engineering to disturb the wings’ graceful rhythm.

Detalhes do processo

  • A 1:1 scale model is first produced from ABS material using 3D printing technology. For the sculpture’s surface, 2.0mm-thick 304 stainless steel sheets are marked and cut based on the model; the metal is then shaped through manual forging—involving approximately 3,000 hammer strikes per square meter—followed by seamless welding of the sections. Flat steel components are precision-cut via laser based on Rhino software designs and assembled. The subsequent mirror-polishing process begins with grinding down weld seams and forging marks using 80-grit sandpaper, followed by progressive smoothing with sandpaper grits of 120, 320, 600, 800, 1200, and 2000. A sisal wheel with purple polishing compound is used to remove initial grinding marks, followed by a wool wheel to eliminate marks left by the sisal wheel. Finally, a cloth wheel with green and white polishing compounds is used for the finishing polish to achieve a mirror-like surface. Internally, a galvanized square-tube framework is installed to match the sculpture’s dimensions, enhancing wind and seismic resistance, with anti-rust treatment applied to all weld joints.
Filosofia do Design

  1. Flow & Motion
    The form is inspired by the idea of rising wings in movement. Curved lines create a continuous sense of upward energy and dynamic balance in space.
  2. Reflective Surface Harmony
    Polished metal surfaces interact with light and surroundings. Reflections change throughout the day, making the sculpture visually different from every angle.
  3. Water & Structure Integration
    Water elements are designed to work with the sculpture’s base and rhythm. The combination of flow and structure strengthens its presence in plaza environments.
Transporte e Instalação

  • Embalagem protetora: caixas de madeira reforçadas com espuma EPE nos cantos e nas bordas para evitar impactos e arranhões; esculturas grandes podem ser desmontadas para o transporte;

  • Suporte à instalação: Inclui base incorporada, parafusos de fixação de expansão e acessórios de nivelamento; fornecidos diagramas de instalação impressos completos;
  • Serviços complementares: Equipes de instalação no local disponíveis; substituição gratuita de materiais de reparação em caso de danos durante o transporte; cobertura de seguro de envio disponível.
Tempo de personalização

  • Período de aprovação da solicitação: 3–5 dias úteis;
  • Produção principal de forjados: 10–20 dias (dependendo do tamanho da escultura);
  • Processo de acabamento superficial e inspeção de qualidade: 3–7 dias;
  • Embalagem e preparação: 2 dias;
  • Serviço com valor agregado: o tempo de produção para pedidos urgentes pode ser reduzido mediante um pequeno custo adicional.

With its rising wing silhouette, reflective stainless steel skin, and integrated flow of water, this handmade sculpture turns heavy material into an impression of flight. It demonstrates how a sculpture manufacturer can keep structural and hydraulic demands visually subordinate to movement, light, and form.
