Public art sculpture new series

This public art sculpture uses a large water-drop outline to frame smaller suspended droplets and a flowing central form. The outdoor sculpture is made of mirror-polished stainless steel, combining a smooth outer contour with open negative space. Its tapered top and rounded base create a stable vertical silhouette, while the interior elements add depth and visual movement without making the composition feel heavy.

	처리 세부 정보 ABS 소재를 이용한 1:1 규모의 모형은 3D 프린팅 기술을 사용하여 제작됩니다. 조각물의 표면은 모형에 따라 2.0mm 두께의 304 스테인리스 스틸 시트를 표시하고 절단합니다. 금속은 수동 가공법인 수공 성형(제곱미터 당 약 3,000회의 망치 소리가 필요)을 통해 형성된 후, 섹션들을 원활하게 용접합니다. 평평한 강철 부품은 Rhino 소프트웨어 설계에 따라 레이저 기반 절단 장비를 이용해 정밀하게 절단되고 조립됩니다. 이후 미러 폴리싱 공정은 용접 결합부를 연마하고 80 그릿의 샌드페이퍼를 이용해 가공 흔적을 제거하는 단계부터 시작됩니다. 그 다음에는 120 그릿, 320 그릿, 600 그릿, 800 그릿, 1200 그릿, 2000 그릿의 샌드페이퍼를 이용해 가공 흔적을 제거합니다. 마지막으로 녹색과 흰색의 광택제가 포함된 시알 스틱을 이용해 초기 가공 흔적을 제거한 후, 양모 스틱을 이용해 시알 스틱이 남긴 흔적을 제거합니다. 마지막으로 녹색과 흰색 광택제를 포함한 천 스틱을 이용해 마무리 광택을 가하여 거울 같은 표면을 완성합니다. 내부적으로 조각품의 치수를 맞추기 위해 아연 도금된 사각 구조물이 설치되었으며, 이에 더해 모든 용접 부위에 녹 방지 처리가 적용되어 바람과 지진에 대한 내성을 강화했습니다.
